At Lang Szonja Budapest, every piece is created or curated with care. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your order, please read our return and refund policy below.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection rules, customers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day the customer, or a third party appointed by the customer, receives the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your name, order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return if you would like to share it.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • unworn, unused, and undamaged;
  • in their original condition;
  • with all original tags and packaging attached;
  • free from perfume, make-up marks, stains, or signs of wear.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is not in its original, resalable condition.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or refusal of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. The refund includes the product price and the standard original delivery cost, where applicable. Extra delivery costs, such as express shipping, are not refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been worn, used, damaged, altered, or returned without original tags.

Custom-made, personalised, or specially altered items may not be returned, unless they are faulty.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not guarantee direct exchanges, as many Lang Szonja Budapest pieces are limited edition or one-of-a-kind. If you would like a different size or item, please contact us and we will assist you depending on availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a suitable solution.
